Combine ingredients in a blender
1. 1tsp coconut butter and/ or oil
2. 1tbs ws gelatin
3. Grated beet
4. 5 strawberrys
6. Small handful kale
7. Banana
8. Half of a cucumber
9. Liquid of choice
Blend until desired consistency. So pretty and red
