Combine ingredients in a blender:
1. One cup greek yogurt
2. 1tsp coconut butter and /or oil
3. 1tbs honey
4. Scoop of pea protien (optional)
5. Handful arugula
6. Handful kale
7. 2 kiwi, quartered
8. Half cucumber, sliced
9. Half avocado
10. Juice of one grapefruit
11. Liquid, or nut milk
Blend to desired consistency, best blended in a vitamix or other strong blender.
